Vodacom my airtime!

1 October - recieve R315 airtime for contract top up 315.
I then transfer part of the airtime to 1GB of data. After that I check and see the airtime has been taken. Yet I still have NOT received my data!
2 October - call to log complaint - operater promises to send ref number via SMS. - still waiting. Claims someone will call be back within 1-24 hours- still waiting
3 October - call again - this time I ask them to give me a ref number over the phone F3/T3Z1C/CHY8L .
Says someone will contact me in 1-24 hours - still waiting

This is absolutely ridiculous and unnacceptable.

I am sitting at home with a new born baby, unable to get hold of anyone as my remaining airtime has been sucked up by this useless service provider. Do NOT Sign any form of contract with them.

They and their staff don't know how to help!
