Where is my airtime going

My airtime on cellphone contract has been depleting. Upon reloading more airtime, This airtime disappeared overnight. I logged a call 2 weeks ago and was promised that I will receive a call within 24 hours. Still waiting. I have never ever subscribed to any wasp service. I want a full refund on all airtime that was.
