Pathetic Service delivery

I had lost my sim card so went into the game city store an the sales lady was of no help what so ever, she advised me to buy a sim to do a sim swap and call the call centre wo will do it within the day, which i did called the cvall centre spoke to themba who said that it was escalated and will be active with 2-24 hours and to now nothing i have called the call centre 3 times and all they say is that they tried calling me when we have no call record, the blame keeps shifting to the sim swap dept and they cannot give me an email address or contact name for the person who is suppose to be calling me to confirm, also im not sure what they want to confirm especially since you asked atleast 6 security questions before they attend to any query... they have now re escalated my query twice and only still one call was made by Anna Gaseitsiwe at 8.30... how do they operate especially when customers are in need of their service! ref 3100401745
