Good day

My phone was on the 21st June.
I have been trying for weeks to Sim swap my old number, but even this day I cannot use the number
-3 sim cards were bought but I was told its not ricad and secondly that I should get hold of mtn within 24 hours of buying sim card
-I bought 4th sim card at pep and was ricad at the shop
-I called the call centre several times and I was told that i did not pass the question to confirm my old number
-Call centre advised I do an affidavit at the police station which I did. I was told to call before faxing to make sure it is addressed to relevant people and I did that
-I called to confirm if all documentation was received and I was told no, that I should keep checking if they have received the fax

The call centre number is forever busy
Suggestion: can you allocate a reference number so that I don't have to explain onething 100 times

Can someone look at this and assist
