I need a sim swap done from my standard sim to a micro sim but the contract is on my wifes name and she is in Bloemfontein and has no ability to call the call centre. I then asked if they can send the request to do the sim swap and they can call her to confirm the transaction (which I have done previously) but they said they cant call out. I then called again and they said they will transfer it to a separate department that will call her to confirm but they need to speak to her before I can proceed. Its a burocracy with absolutely no solutions. Its rediculous.
