I live in Johannesburg and I have a Virgin Mobile contract and I am sick to death of not having signal on my phone.
My phone is off at least 50% of the time through no fault of my own just bad connectivity. If I make or receive a call I am lucky if it lasts longer than 2 minutes before I get cut off.
I have phoned their call centre and complained and been fobbed of with a "I don't care attitude" which is just not good enough. I have also sent an email which I have had no response to.
I want to move my phone number to another service provider (I am willing to keep my virgin contract with a new number and pay every month - at great cost to me - until the contract expires) but I have been told they will not release my number.
Virgin is not holding up their side of the contract but I am being held to ransom.
Their service is discussing and the attitude of your staff is horrendous.

I hope this complaint somehow gets all the way to the top for Richard Branson to see as I don't think he would be happy about this
