I have been trying to resolve overcharges on my account which MTN say are data usage. R4000.00 over two months - impossible. I have been trying to get a printout of the URL's that the data relates to for 3 weeks now. Eventually on the 23rd I went in to 14th avenue and spoke to Wenzi who promised to help me but now won't even take my calls. I have even been in to the branch in Nicolway and spoken to Vincent. Not to mention a call trying to resolve this just about every second day. HOW CAN I GET THIS RESOLVED!!! IS IT SO HARD TO GET A PRINTOUT OF THE USAGE YOU SAY WAS MINE!!!
