NO SERVICE 7 TIMES IN 6 MONTHS

On a prepaid line you would expect that Telkom would ensure that there is a steady service, but yet AGAIN my mother's line has been out of order for over a WEEK. I DEMAND that Telkom reimburse her for all the time that she's paid for a service where none has been available.
