Data Bundle Non-Activation

Is has been a week and my data bundle has still not been activated and I'm sick and tired of mailing Cell C to only be told that this would happen within 48 hours.

I am using this service as it was made available to all Unisa students. My money has been paid upfront and I urgently need my data bundle for assignments. I also did an application for a free speedstick but have not even received a notification from that department!!! I know there are still some available.

Really disappointed in the level of service as this is the first time I am using Cell C, will definitely evaluate my options in the future.
