CONTINUAL OVERCHARGED ACCOUNTS

I have a top-up contract which never is charged at the pre-agreed upon rate. Every month the account is higher. I have lodged a complaint on the website only to be told it is internet usage. My contract allows for a certain amount of hours of free airtime per month plus 600MB internet usage and now, suddenly and without consultation 2GB fair usage for BBM etc. My account varies up to more than R800 over and above the contract price. I simply get told that it is internet usage even though I monitor this. I have not even used all my airtime nor normal data time this past month and had it carried over yet on the account received today it shows that my 'airtime' is an extra R363.25 with 'international airtime' as being R4.51 leaving a total of R367.76 extra airtime charged onto my account. I took a top-up account as I have not got the extra finances for running accounts. The international airtime is smses I send to my children overseas. This should come off of my airtime and not be billed separately. I am no longer young therefore do not sit on my phone googling everything all the time so what internet usage is suddenly being claimed as 'airtime'?
