Our line has been out for a month already and were promised by Telkom that it would be up and running by last week!! surprise surprise ..it still doesn't work!! and now accordingly to the self service line it will be up and running in a months time!!! according to there web page it was suppose to be up last week!! what's the story Telkom, does it take two month to fix a line...? unacceptable!! we heavily reply on our communication lines to be open at all times.
