Cell C is quick to ask for their payment and quick to add a further R70 for returned debit orders. But when it comes to service, they are sadly lacking.
If I have coverage for 30% of the time I should thank my lucky stars. They have sent out someone to my house 2 years ago, but still nothing has been resolved.
Instead of sponsoring rugby teams and broadcasting expensive advertisements, they should rather focus on their core business. Which, last time I checked, was being an internet service provider.
They aren't providing anything. No coverage, no service.
My question now is: What am I paying for every month?
