I had applied for a contract phone which was delivered on the 19th of December, they also gave me a normal sim card instead of a micro sim, i called them and they did deliver the correct sim.

i had problems activating the sim because they phone could not read the sim card. 4 days later i went to a cell C store where i was told the phone was faulty and the sim card reader was not working.

i called Cell C the 5th day asking them to come collect the phone as it was not working. since it was the festive season i did sense some delay due to the holidays, that was fine. they courier company called me to come get the phone and have since waited for them to no avail.

i called them again 2 days ago telling them my problem, supposingly the phone was suppose to be collected yesterday.
i have a phone which i do not us cos its not working. i told them they must come collect their phone because i do not want it anymore why should i pay for something that is not working? i ported last year because i loved the Service from Cell C, but now i'm very much dissappointed and want nothing to do with them.
