I have a cell c contract with and has just booked my phone for repair at Cell C Fourways as the phone didn't want to switch on and I was told that it is going to take 21 working days for the phone to be repaired. I then asked them to provide me with the loan phone as I need a phone until then but they told me that I need to call their Head Office to arrange for that, I then called them and they told me that I need to speak to their customer department, I did that they went further to tell me that I need to speak to their contract department, I did that contract told me to speak to repair department, they told me that they are only repairing the phones and referred me back to the branch. I spent 50 minutes on the phone with them passing the buck. I only need the loan phone for the next 21 working days and nothing else. While I was there one lady apparently brought the phone yesterday and she was called to collect her phone today and I was there when she receives it but I had to waist my entire energy for nothing. Please help I need the loan phone until the fixing is done.
It is now 5 days and still no positive respond, no phone
