I am getting fed-up with the poor coverage and service that Cell C has. I switched to them a couple of months ago. I cant even make a call as I never have coverage, people aren't able to get hold of me... it's super frustrating and I'm in the middle of Johannesburg!!
As soon as I leave my house or office (I use wireless networks) I am unable to go on the internet even though it says there is 3g coverage.
When I joined Cell-C, I couldn't get my sim activated and I called numerous times, went into their stores and finally sent a mail. My query was answered a MONTH later!! How can you contact me after a month! Really do you care about your customers experience or are you just interested in sign ups. Really guys this is not on!
Basically I am paying them for a service that they are not providing! Whats the point of being on a network that cant connect you!
Seriously guys how are you doing business, how do you expect to compete?!! You are promoting heavily for everyone to switch to Cell-C but your coverage is pathetic! Most of my colleagues have had exactly the same issue with CELL-C and have regretted the switch over!!
