We reported a very poor cell phone coverage problem with MTN on 21.2.2013 and was advised that the coverage department would reply within 10 working days. It is now 28.8.2013 (6 months later) and we still have no cell phone coverage in our office. No one from MTN has come back to us to resolve the matter. We are losing calls, which in turn we loose clients and business. Our business is sales and if MTN will not come to the party maybe its time to cancel all our contracts and move our business over to Cell C. Why must we be ignored after being a loyal MTN client for many years. Disgusted in no service from MTN!
