I seem to have an issues with vodacom atleast once a month now. I've had very little issues with the netwrok at the inception of this contract 6 years ago but lately its absolutely impossible to get anything resolved.

Speaking to the call centre today has cemented my belief that the service levels are exponentailly worse since I've started my relationship with the network. I called with a simple enquiry, my phone line seems to be working oddly, calls are diverted to someone else when a friend or family member calls me although there are no diverts. This is odd, but when then call me, I see their number but there is someone else on the line who is equally as confused as I am trying to ascertain what just happened.

Then there's the fact that my phone seem perpetually engaged. The consultant on the line believe that the Z10 is a substandard phone because there are quiet a few issues with them. Well, if it is the case then why issue them with contracts in the first place.

Can I not just get another phone of simliar value sent to me in lui of the phone I have? Now i have to find time in my day to go to a vodastore to get this resolved. I consider resolution highly unlikely.
