I did log a complaint about our bad reception and wanted to cancel the contract. However they needed to do a technical investigation about our claim. We never got feedback, as the network issues were resolved (it is better, but resolved is a little bit optimistic, but yes we can use the phone again).
My question is what about the 10 month we paid for non-existent services? Plus the fact that we needed to get another cellphone contract, therefore still the need to cancel our Vodacom contract. Luckily Vodacom is generous, we can cancel for R2500.
I am really tired with Vodacom, fighting with them since September 2012...
