CAN SOMEBODY AT NASHUA PLEASE EXPLAIN!! I went in store yesteday to raise my call limit from R100 to R500 for being softlocked after exceeding this limit. This morning I HAVE BEEN SOFTLOCKED FOR EXCEEDING MY R10 CALL LIMIT by R274?!?!? SAW THE CHANGE BEING MADE! I MANAGE MY TALK 200 CONTRACT SO I SHOULDN'T EXCEED ANYTHING, CALLS SHOULD BE FREE, SO WHERE THE DID I SPEND R274?? I have an sms bundle, rarely use any data (I have a cellc data contract, which by the way miraculously sends SMS's to join these daily picture clubs, at R30-R80pm, and then I am told this happens often, REALLY? I HAVE HAD AN ISSUE WITH THIS SINCE THE BEGINNING OF THIS CONTRACT. My bill this month should be NO more than R700, yet it is over R1000, I am sick of this &^%$, and will NEVER deal with Nashua Mobile again, and advise you to make that smart choice as well!
