I took out a contract with MTN in August and got delivery of the device on 22 Aug 2013. To date, the device is of no assistance to me because MTN has failed to load the data as promised. despite several enquiries, the matter still remain unresolved. On 02 Oct, i was promised that the data would be loaded within 48 hours. To my dismay when I called again today, i was informed that the data was used up in Sep already. I am not sure what to believe now. i feel betrayed and regret why i took out the contract in the first place.
