Absolute pathetic and Worst service eve

I called on 27/09/2013 and spoke to Duduzile. She promised to log a call for 350 MB data to be added to 2 X contracts. (Ref 2711064). Needles to say, nothing happened. Called again on 30/09/2013 and spoke to Ellen. Once again promise made that 350 MB of data will be added to 2 X contracts. (Ref 104590360). Called again on 01/10/2013 and spoke to Thobekile Khuzwayo. Stated that I must read my contract and then call MTN to lodge a complaint. After this, I spoke to the supervisor - name of Senlot. Promised that he will personally look into the matter and provide feedback by 02/10/2013. Needles to say - this did not happen. Called again on 03/10/2013 and spoke to Edwin. After a lengthy discussion, loooooong silences and a huge investigation, he confirmed that matter was resolved. Needles to say, nobody informed me, nor did I receive any info. The sad part - I have still not received the data from 11/08/2013 to 01/10/2013.Pro-rata data was loaded from 01/10/2013 to 26/10/2013. In the last 4 days, I've spent 2hr 20 min on the phone with MTN. Stay away from MTN SP or call me to provide 1000 reasons why this is a foolish decision.
