I cancelled my contract with Vodacom in December 2012, and to my surprise I receive a call in March stating I owe them money of R370.00, upon speaking to the consultant, i was advised that i pay in advance and therefore they would clear my account, after almost a year ITC check tells me i owe Vodacom and in arrears of R370.00 and thus hindering my name with ITC, I am so furious as i needed to take something on my name this blocks me from doing so, i called numerous times and sent mails to team leader Nonhlanhla and he keeps giving me the cold shoulder ans says he cannot assist he is not in the department, he was unhelpful to me because there was a lady that called and was suppose to call again and never did, i emailed the guy again and i was just ignored, he read my mail and did not respond,
PLEASE THIS IS FOR EVERYONE!!! DO NOT TAKE A CONTRACT WITH VODACOM THEY HAVE USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
