On the 07.08.2013 i bought 75 mobile from my credit card with FNB in surprise i did not receive my data bundle following day 8..8.2013 i phoned FNB to let them know i did not receive my bundles they took it up with MTN which the respond from mtn says i did receive it. I phone MTN i spoke to different consultant which confirmed that 75 mobile data was not loaded on my account. I've been querying this with MTN for month now still am not happy. When i phone customer care their are confirming that i did not receive mobile data but billing department is saying i did receive mobile data. MTN PLEASE LOAD MY 75 MOBILE DATA THAT I DID NOT RECEIVE ITS BEEN A MONTH ALREADY PLEASE. Today i spoke to Neo who told me again that 75 mobile data was not loaded on my number on the 7.08.2012 just now i received an email from mr nhlapo customer care telling that mobile data was loaded as per MTN billing department. I don't know what to do now the service am receiving from MTN is out of line. How can a customer query one thing for over a month?
