I'm on my anytime 200 contract and didn't receive my free 200mb data bundles for two months now...

On the 14th /09/2013 I logged a call because I didn't receive my data bundles and I was informed that investigation has been launched and they will get back to me... reference no. is #104058071
On the 26th/09/2013 I called again at 19h02 and spoke to Dwayne and I gave him the mentioned reference number, he then confirmed that a number of people called in for the same problem and mtn is still investigating the matter before reimbursing the victims.
Two days ago on the 15th/10/2013 at 22h08 I called again and spoke to Themba Makhubela reference no. #105147002 No one has contacted me.
