My car was involved in an accident on the 21/11/2013 I called in to report the matter same day, the towing truck
was sent as my car was not drivable. the following day I called to follow up the matter. and I was informed that
Zama was my claim officer and I spoke to her and she promised that after she spoke to the drivers of the vehicles she will call me with details as I was not the driver. I waited for them for about four days. I called again
on Tuesday the I did not get Zama the 26/11/2013 and I spoke to the consultant whom I asked when will the drivers be called he did not say when I told him ill take this matter further if they cant help at the end of that day
fortunately the driver of my vehicle was questioned and I was happy that thing will be finalized but it was not to be I had to call again on Thursday the 28/11/2013 this time I found Sibusiso who told Zama was no longer claiming officer and he will now going forward help me an he promised me by the end of Monday 02/12/2013 he will call me to inform about the claim he eeven sent the sms on Friday stating that he will speak to me now I don't know what to do case he did not call and im still without a car. please help
