I AM A LOYAL VODACOM CUSTOMER AND MY PHONE HAD BEEN GIVING ME PROBLEMS SO I WENT TO VODASHOP IN SANDTON TO GET ASSISTANCE AND TO MY HORROR IT WAS THE ABSOLUTE OPPOSITE. WHEN IBHOTVTO THE TILL I WAS NOT GREETED, AFTER BEING THERE FOR TEN MINUTES I RAISED MY CONCERNS AND ASKED WHAT I HAD TO DO TO GET SOME SERVICE AND SABASTIAN STRATFORD REPLIED WITH a BAD ATITUDE TELLING ME HE WAS BUSY AND CARRIED ON WITH WHAT HE WAS DOING AND STILL DIDNT GREET ME. A WHITE GUY WALKED INTO THE STORE AND THEN THE FAT WHITE GUY BEHIND HIM THEN JUMPED TO HELP THE MAN WHO HAD WALKED INTO THE STORE BEFORE ME AND I FELT VERY UNDERMINED. I BELIEVE IF I WAS NOT BLACK I WOULD HAVE BEEN HELPED. THE SERVICE WAS UNBECOMING AND I LEFT THE STORE WITHOUT BEING ASSISTED. I WENT TO VODACOMS CUSTOMER CARE IN MANDELA SQUARE AND I COMPLAINED TO THE MANAGER SOLOMON AND HE APOLOGISED AND OFFERED ME ASSISTANCE WHICH I APPRECIATE SO MUCH. I HOPE YOU GOING TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THOSE MEN. WENT BACK TO COMPLAIN TO THEIR MANAGER AND ONLY THEB DID THEY APOLOGISE BUT IT WAS TOO LITTLE TOO LATE
