Bad customer service at vodacome mandela square

I went to the vodacom at mandela square to open a new phone contract. i was being helped by dikeledi. While she was punching in my details into the system, she tells me that the system is telling her that my standard bank account number is invalid. she calls head office, and they tell her to email them my documents. Dikeledi then tells me i should take a stroll around the mall and return in 15 min and takes my number. I return to the store after 20 minutes and dikeledi is nowhere to be seen. none of the consultants approach me to give me assistance. and nobody knows where she went. After a while, after sitting for 30 minutes waiting for assistance an elderly lady behind the till reprimands the consultants that i must get assistance, because dikeledi had gone on lunch after she told me to return in 15 minutes. Eventually i got help from another lady who told me my documents were sent to head office and she thinks they are in a queue and they had not been checked yet. Still waiting for a response.
