Disgusting customer service!

I walked into 8ta Greenstone and was not greeted by any of the 3 staff on duty 28 June 2013.
I then requested help to open a contract.

I was told that the S4 in white would be available Tuesday.

Wednesday i called in to ask whether stock in white was available and was told yes, i then left work to go in and collect.

Upon my arrival i was not greeted once again, i requested service and was told by the gentleman the lady would help me after she got off the phone, she put the phone down and then said the gentleman would help me. I have never felt so frustrated standing in a store where no one wants to help??

The lady then went off in her African language, which i know is not right as customer service is English.

She notified me that they had no stock at all in black nor white, i felt highly frustrated and requested to see the manager, the manager did not even have the decency to get off his chair and come to speak to me.

DISGUSTING!!!
