I earlier spent 20 minutes in this store & not a single person approached me to offer assistance. I was looking for gym tights and walked through the entire store, passing no less than 5 sales assistants and not a single one of them offered me assistance. One even went so far as to pick up a board that had fallen at the sports bra display without even making eye contact, let alone greet me. Prior to my visit I made a call to the store to ask about white cricket tops for boys and was told they don't have white ones. I can speak to the Tennis department who will assist me. Lo and behold when I get to the store, I found a white cricket top in the boys cricket section. I even took a photo to further prove that they misinformed me. This level of customer service is atrocious to say the least. I was so disgusted by it I left the store without even bothering to find out the store manager's name or to waste my breath making a complaint. Sies!!!
