The LG Optimus 3D cell phone I have on a vodacom contract has spent more time at the repair centre than with me. I have repeatedly booked it in for the same problems over and over and Vodacom has failed to repair it. I reported the matter to the Repair Centre Manager who assured me to look into matter himself but to no avail. I collected my phone back from the centre and withing 2 days the problems persisted. No one seems to know where I should take the matter to. The last time they said the problem is with LG South Africa and not them which i find very disturbing because I signed up a contract with them and i have never defaulted on my monthly payments. I am literally paying for a phone with is not working. If vodacom or LG fail to resolve this issue who will then?
