I have never had any feedback from Vodacom after one call from their call centre. My calls drop a few times per day. Driving around in Cape Town esp on the N1 and M5 calls drop continuously. I keep a record of most dropped calls. Vodacom simply does not care and is happy to oversubscribe their network.
I want to cancell my contract but their lawyers have that road blocked. What remains for a person who is paying for a service he can not use due to failures on the service providers side???
