I have been trying to get through to to MTN Sp number 083 1808 for the past 3 hours without any success as I have query on my contract that my son use. I go through all the press 1 and 2's to get to where I can press 0 to speak to a consultant to just get cut off. Over and over and over. I phoned 083 173 and could speak to the pay as you go call centre who said they can not transfer me and that i must just wait and call again later. This is the worse and most pathetic service I have ever received from any company. I have lodged a complaint by email and received a responce that this will take 5 days...
