Since April I have been mailing, calling and using every kind of effect communication methodology possible to get necessary assistance from Cell C but it seems my pleas are falling on deaf ears.
I have been having a network problem since then, filling their network configuration templates, responding to mails sent to me and receiving a few calls hoping for the better outcome but it seems all is just a waste of efforts, time and money but on the other hand; the contract I took with them is not serving the intended purpose, I do not benefit from it but they continue to benefit from my bank account every month without fail.
I logged calls before a few people I know did but they even received so called "Cell-Fi" Instruments as to betterof their network and I am still at point Zero; with nothing! The painful part is that I was the one who referred those clients to this service provider; I really can't wait for this contract to expire as it bears no fruits to me and my family.
Cell C must remember the Golden Rule and the Mega-Scale that; 1:10, 10:100 and 100:1000 etc; if one client is not satisfied he is going to tell 10 possible and so on and the same goes the other way round.
