It is so frustrating when wanting to speak to an Apple sales person or technician and there is no answer at the "new" call centre. This is not the first time we have tried calling to either find out regarding stock availability or to speak to a technician. Every time you press 2 for technician, you get cut off and when you call and press 1 or 3... you hold on for an eternity.

Poor poor service... I understand the reasoning for the call centre but unfortunately the concept is failing. Last time I logged an enquiry, I received feedback a week later. Same happened when I logged a call and was lucky enough to speak to a consultant. The one time I enquired about stock and was informed that the Canal Walk branch did not have the specified Ipad... When I drove through the specified item was in store.

Poor poor service... This system is definitely not working!
