Iburst???

On numerous occasions I have contacted iburst via their "contact us" function, asking very simple questions that anyone working for iburst should know off by heart. It takes them almost a week to reply. Probably because they get so many questions asking them why the service is so slow...

I have asked them about this as well. I have a 2Mb line, which in the first few weeks of our contract almost reached those speeds, but since (almost twee years) it has not reached anything past 30Kb/s. This is not what we signed up for. I have asked them about this, and the week later reply was simply by plugging in the modem directly into computer and not wireless and restarting the modem and and and, really simple things that I could have come up by myself. Still no speed increase, And downloading is something else, Connection is almost always dropped and it is really difficult downloading, just a simple 100Mb driver for my computer.
