I have left more than 7 messages on the iBurst website under 'contact' us over the last 6 months... No one has even bothered to respond or phone us.
I used to have 100% signal, and now suddently I get signal strength of 40%. It is very frustrating and I cannot see why I should continue to pay for a service that's not being delivered. I can't used the product at 40% signal but you expect me to pay for it - iburst should install a signal booster or whatever it is at their own cost. It's been fine for 3 years, now there is suddenly no signal.
I would also like to know what the process is to get iburst wireless and wireless modem etc and what is needed. I currently have a USB modem, can this be converted to use with wireless etc.
