Given the run around

I had a problem with my modem and was told to take faulty modem into iburst. Got to iburst and was told that they cannot help us have to take the modem to the supplier simplicity. Simplicity refused to see us because by that time it was 5 even though we were 5min away. I was told by the consultant that I have to send an email and then they will get back to me. Then simplicity would take my modem to iburst and swap it for a new one. There was no attempt by either company to help me replace a modem that I only have for 7 months yet iburst takes my money every month without a qualm. With its name on the modem iburst is supposed to help me not a 3rd party company.
