Terrible service

I gave my phone to the vodacom shop at the chatsworth centre 3weekes ago. On the day of handing my phone over the manager at the store mention that it would take 2weeks to sort out. Ive been to the store more than 3times an contacted them more the 10time but uptill now got no joy.i went back to the store on the 2nd October n the manager advise the payment will now be on me yet my phone is still on contract and under warranty.they are giving me the run around and up till now nobody can tell me what is going on or were the phone is. If i get no joy from this i will cancel my contract and make sure i will not pay nothing towards canceling the contract due to the terrible service aswell as take vodacom up.they do not understand what they write in the own contracts and what is true customer services.they systems are forever offline.i think they just want the business but they cant give back good customer service.
