THE TERRIBLE SERVICE AT VODACOM PAVILLION

I signed up a new contract on the 10 oct 13 at the vodacom shop in pavillion at the time i received good service. when i got home i put the cell to charge and switched it on the next morning only to find a line across the screen which appears to be on the inside of the screen as i live in chatsworth i was not able to go back on the same day so i went in on the Sunday which was only 3 days after i signed the contract seeing as though they have a 7 day return policy. When i got to the vodacom shop i spoke to muks and he said there was nothing they could do and i should go to gateway, so i went from pavs to gateway only to get np joy at gateway coz the saiz that its still withing the 7 days so ythe pavillion store should sort it out i then went back to pavillion were i asked for the manager and said that there is nothing they can do coz wen muks showed me the phone it was fine so i brought it to his attention that muks didnt put the phone on in front of me he just showed me that all the parts were in the box and when the phone is off you cannot see this line. the manager took the phone and said they will send it in so on the 7 nov i was called 2 fetch my phone as nothing could be done
