This has now been ongoing since 16 June! TK promised to help, but passed the buck to Mbongeni Ntshangase. Mbongeni had me fill out forms, made promises, etc and, just as TK, made empty promises. Meanwhile I'm PAYING for a service that I'm not RECEIVING. I have a state of the art iBrick, I mean iPhone 5, which is just about unusable. But we are the Cash Cows for Cell C.
