Last week Friday and repairman from Sure Service came to my home to look at my TV as I had reported to Game Extended warranty dept that one evening while watching TV as black circle appeared on the bottom left hand corner of my TV and during the course of the evening grew bigger. This repairman put by TV on and said that I had cracked my TV screen that is why there was a black circle on my screen. I then told then that I had not cracked the screen he then said the one of my cats had jumped up and knocked the screen and cracked it. I told him nonsense my cats donot go by the TV which is on my room divider. He then proceeded the knock all over the TV screen with his knuckle which I thought was not right as you donot do that to flat screen TV's. I use a soft cloth to wipe my screen because I know you have to be careful with flat screen TV's. I phoned the extended warranty people on the Monday telling them what this guy had said and that I didnot like the way he had been knocking the screen with his knuckle. I was told the manager would go and see and now they phone me today telling my I cracked the screen so therefore my warranty does not cover this. I donnot accept this.
