My contract has been diactivated due to non payment of my presciption for 2 months, after have paid the areas I phoned customer care and my call was transfer to Johny Lekota who is on billing side, he asked me to email my proof of payment as on their systems did not appear that I have paid my subscription and areas. After I had emailed my froof of payment, with in 5 minutes I received an email from him saying my line has been activated again.

That was so amazing. Well done Johny.
