I am still waiting for more than a month for Cell C to reverse an upgrade. A faulty phone was delivered and after numerous calls made by me and emails sent by me it was collected.
yet I was still debited for upgrade that I reversed. so I am without a phone and no reversal was done yet my account was debited . how long will i now wait for a refund?? This is my 3rd complaint I am logging here I get replies saying it will be sorted but still nothing I m past fed up.
