Phone suspended but payments up to date!!!

During the whole of last week I received sms's from Cell C telling me that my account is in areas. So i phoned Cell C about three times last week every time i received an sms, and after arguing and trying to explain that my payments are up to date they told me that i did not pay for March. After I emailed them the proof of payment they told me that I should Ignore the sms's because it is automated, and that they will fix it on their system. But they never did fix it!!! On Saturday I went to Game for my Upgrade on my Cell C contract. And they told me that I could not upgrade because my account is in areas. I was very upset as you could imagine, knowing that my account gets payed every month and still having problems after phoning them three times and them telling me that the mistake on their side would be fixed. On Saturday after going to Game they suspended my service. On Saturday I made a payment for May month and this morning received an sms that they received my payment and my account is no longer in areas, which is unfair, my account was never in areas. I would like for them to take a look at my account and fix it!! I want to upgrade. I am very unhappy!!
