Paid R440 into 8ta account on 20 Nov. Phoned everyday to find out if payment was received as it was urgent that the line get activated. Monday night my debit order was deducted of R432. Now Telkom are paid two months in advance. Sent proof of payment to Mr Siyeng 26 November [Email Removed] that promised the line was activated. It was imperative that my school principal and I exchanged sticks as I had to use the school's one for school purposes. I phoned this morning 8ta 3 times as the stick was not working, they advised me to go into a telkom store, so I did to Springs telkom. The lady tested the sim card and said the account is deactivated. I then got hold of Mabaso, and again proof of payment was sent [Email Removed] . I went to school at 16h30 to see if the stick is working and nothing, empty promises, petrol waisted. I spoke to a few call agents that's service is pathetic, the last one was Zandile Mosilela. that can offer no assistance to help. I even left messages for managers Fabio Phillips and Abiel that never phoned back.
