I phoned the 081183 data call centre for telkom mobile/8ta to find out if i could make an adjustment to my data plan and i was recieved by a very polite, helpful and pleasant man, Johny Lekota.
whilst on the call my airtime ran out and he promptly phoned me back. he not only sorted out my quiery, but his attitude was refreshing because customer services calls are not always the best.
i would like to thank Johny and let others know that there are some out there that are willing to go the extra mile.
