I received a Blackberry 9900 upon upgrading in Feb this year. The phone works fine except for one problem... it does not send pictures with bbm. I did a sim swap, replaced the memory card and the phone has been handed in for repairs at Vodacare Vanderbijlpark 5 times. They told me they did software upgrades and the last time the phone was sent to head office. STILL THE SAME. What is the use of offering a warranty if a problem with the phone can not be sorted out under the warranty. This might seem like a small issue, but surely a new phone should work 100 % and not 99%. In my opinion this should be treated as an "out of box"failure.
