0836958506... they r forcing me to pay for a bill that was never explained and not aware off .when I ask for a recording of a call they r refusing with that recording they r tell me that they cant find the recording but I still have to pay the amount of R947. If I was made aware of this amount I wouldnt have upgraded my contract .now im stuct wi a 2 yr contract being forced to pay for the mistake that was done by their staff.i am soooo unhappy I wish I could leave this relatoinship that I have with virgin mobile the way they carried out my problem... pls if u could help me resolve this problem.i have been their loyal client for the past 4yrs.
