Cancelled contract & tel recording not tracable

I've cancelled my contract with Netstar after retrenchment and after selling my vehicle. I called them and even send the Cancellation dept the proof that i can no longer afford to pay because i have been retrenched and later on i sold the car. After several attempts i cant resolve this matter because now they are forcing me to pay the due amount because the telephone cancellation recording with the Ref no: MF007311 and with 15 e-mails to Lerato Malesa and Phumzile Mashinini Makhadzi who is so rude on the telephone that she does not even give a chance to explain my problem. Now i come to you Hello Peter because you are my last hope.

I cant be made to pay for a lost Telephone recording of cancellation, i feel its not right. I have tons of proof of e-mail that i sent to both these ladies even though the Telephone proof cant be found
