I went to centurion mtn where i was told that my letter needed to be sighned and i needed the latest certified copy of my mom passport (this i understand). My mother is currently in england and i was under the idea that she had no internet service (i told the employee this information) she then stated that a copy of the certified passport as well as a letter of confirmation with her signature could be emailed to the employee and we could do the upgrade. I phoned my mom and asked her to make a plan to email me the certified copy and letter of confirmation and she made a plan. We then went back to the shop and emailed it to mtn. The documentation was then printed and passed amongst employees for confirmation (this took about 10 minutes) as we waited for an employee to finish a "chat" with her friend over the phone. The lady that was helping me then insisted on the supervisors confirmation (10 minutes waiting period) apon the supervisors arrival he simply said no to the contract after being told that it was the information to be provided. We then asked to speak to his boss and he refused to give us any details and told us to call 808, very rude and did not care about lossing custome
